Tan France launches debut furniture collection with Castlery
Tan France debuts his first furniture line with Castlery: an 18-piece collection inspired by his British-Pakistani heritage, out now in the US, UK, Canada, Australia and Singapore.

Tan France has spent years helping people refine their personal style. Now the "Queer Eye" star is bringing that same eye for detail into people's living rooms through a new collaboration with Singapore-based furniture brand Castlery.
The Castlery x Tan France Collection is a first for both parties: Castlery's inaugural designer collaboration and France's first furniture line. The 18-piece range spans living, dining, lighting, rugs, décor and accessories, drawing on France's experience living between cultures and translating it into furniture meant to feel personal and lived-in rather than staged.
A collection rooted in identity
France was raised in the United Kingdom in a British-Pakistani family before relocating to build his career in the United States, and he said that back-and-forth shaped how he approached the project.
"Living between cultures and countries has taught me that home isn't just somewhere you live; it's something you create, wherever you are. That was the heart of my collaboration with Castlery," he said.
"I wanted to create pieces for the moments that bring a home to life, the table where everyone gathers, the sofa you sink into after a long day, the lamp you switch on when the house finally goes quiet. The beauty of a home is found in those everyday rituals, and I wanted this collection to celebrate them."
Castlery co-founder Declan Ee said the partnership came out of a shared sense of identity and belonging. The brand wanted a collaborator whose personal story echoed its own multicultural roots.
"When we met Tan, we recognized that same story in him," Ee said. "This collection is what two outsiders, each at home between different worlds, made together."
France worked directly with Castlery's in-house design team for roughly 15 months, including multiple development trips to the company's Singapore headquarters, refining sketches, materials and prototypes into pieces built for daily use.
Inside the collection
The handblown glass Anika Table Lamp anchors the lighting range, its stacked silhouette nodding to architectural forms and decorative motifs found across South Asia.
In the living room, the Kagan Sofa and Anaya Tea Table pair generous proportions with carved oak detailing inspired by South Asian craftsmanship and family tea traditions. The Tarin Side and Drink Tables reinterpret traditional turned woodwork in a contemporary shape, while the Rumi Accent Chair combines rounded upholstery with a low-slung profile and chunky legs.

Storage pieces like the Rava Sideboard and TV Console continue the architectural thread with arched wood detailing and warm oak finishes, and the Avan Dining Collection is built around everyday meals and family gatherings.
Rugs, textured cushions, sculptural vases, mirrors and other decorative accessories round out the range, layering in the collected-over-time feel France aimed for.
Where to shop it
For Castlery, this marks its first furniture collection developed with an outside designer, after previous partnerships with creators and tastemakers. For France, it's a new creative lane, extending the sensibility he's built in fashion and television into home design.
The Castlery x Tan France Collection launched Aug. 6, 2026, and is available online in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and Singapore, as well as in Castlery showrooms in New York City, Sydney, Brisbane and Singapore.
