Misfit Pole & Aerial Dance Studio returns with 'Clique Bait: Choreographed Chaos'

Forty-one performers, one stage and three acts of pole, aerial and belly dance are heading to Misfit Pole & Aerial Dance Studio's second annual recital, "Clique Bait: Choreographed Chaos."
The 2026 production follows the studio's debut recital last year, and this time the lineup has grown considerably. Forty women and one man make up the cast, performing solos, duos and full group numbers that move between static and spinning pole, sultry and exotic styles, aerial hammock and hoop work, femme chair choreography, and belly dance.
The show is split into three parts, with the final segment reserved for audience members 13 and older. Guests 12 and under will need an adult companion to wait outside during that portion. Organizers are also keeping one number under wraps: A surprise intermission performance will break up the acts, with details withheld until showtime.
Behind the choreography is a teaching roster that includes studio owner Liz Parel alongside instructors Monique, Pristine, Tin, Anne Conda, Lali, Kitty and Jen.
Tickets are priced at ₱999 and are almost sold out, so anyone planning to catch this year's show should lock in a seat soon.
Recital day comes with its own lineup of local vendors. Winston Kitchen is the official meal provider and Nuni Coffee the official coffee provider, joined on-site by Dear Cookie, Barrio Kusinero's smoked sinamak, Pointo Active and Kobi Kopi. Flower Mama, the recital's official flower provider, and The Crystals by Maria round out the booths.
The broader sponsor list backing this year's production includes Pampanga's Best, VS&F Catering, Theodore's Jewelry, Birch Tree Adult Boost, Eska and The Craft Lab.
Between the packed cast, the multi-genre choreography and a near sellout crowd, Misfit's sophomore recital looks set to outdo its first.
