MANILA, Philippines — Andok's, the homegrown chain best known for its Litson Manok, has launched Dokitori, a Super Chicken BBQ Stick built for eating on the go.
Dokitori joins Andok's existing Pork Kasim and Liempo BBQ sticks, rounding out its skewer lineup with a dedicated chicken option. The launch answers a shift in how Filipinos eat — students, young professionals, and office workers increasingly reaching for affordable, single-portion meals that fit a packed schedule. Each stick sells for ₱65 and comes with the option of a boxed rice meal, carrying Andok's charcoal-grilled flavor in a more portable format.
"Filipinos are always looking for quick, affordable meals that fit their daily rush," said Maverick Leonardo Javier, president of Andok's Litson Corp. "Together with my parents, ama ng Pambansang Litson Manok Vice Governor Sandy Javier and Congresswoman Karen Javier, we created Dokitori not just to expand our barbecue line, but to provide our customers with more options to conveniently enjoy our signature charcoal-grilled taste — whether as a sit-down meal or on-the-go."
Each 80-gram skewer follows the classic Filipino barbecue formula: a smoky marinade, a savory-sweet glaze, and lightly caramelized edges.

Founded in 1985, Andok's now runs more than 300 outlets nationwide. Dokitori adds to a broader push beyond its whole-chicken roots, following recent additions like Dokibab (a chicken kebab), Shrimpura (a crispy seafood snack), and Chicken Alá Bone (a boneless, charcoal-grilled staple). The brand is also eyeing growth abroad, building on its expansion into Singapore.
To mark the nationwide rollout, Andok's will run a one-day buy-one-take-one promo on Aug. 15, available in-store and through GrabFood, foodpanda, and andoksdelivery.com.ph.
